Registration/ Ticketing

Can I choose my seats when purchasing tickets online?

As this is a free seating event and no seat number will be assigned.

What methods of payment are accepted?

For online payments, Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted.

For offline payment, you may send a cheque made payable to the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. Please kindly indicate your name, organisation and email at the back of the cheque for verification purposes.

Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation e-ticket via email.

How can I check the status of my registration?

You should receive an email notification with the order status of your registration after submitting your details. If you do not receive an automated order receipt, kindly check your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” mail.

As seats are limited, your registration will be pending until you receive an e-ticket with your unique QR code from us.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique QR code for onsite registration. Please kindly download the QR code on your mobile or bring along a printed ticket to the event.

At the registration counter:
You may either flash your unique QR code or provide our staff with your Name and Organisation.

Cancellation Policy

I have purchased a ticket but I am unable to attend the Dialogue. Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets sold are non-refundable. However, you may wish to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague. To transfer your ticket, please kindly email register@sustainableresourcesdialogue.org with your transferee details at least one week before the event.

Parking

Is parking free?

Parking at the Grand Hyatt Singapore is chargeable. However, we do have complimentary parking coupons. The coupons are limited and they are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may approach any of our staff at the registration counter to enquire on the availability of the parking coupons.

Parking Charges at Grand Hyatt Singapore:
4:00 am to 5:59 pm: $4.00 for the 1st hour and $2.00 for the subsequent half hour.
6:00 pm to 3:59 am: $6.00 per entry

Motorcycle: $3.00 per 24 hours

Valet Parking: $16.00 per entry

All prices are inclusive of GST.

There is a Prayer Room located on the Lobby Level of Grand Hyatt hotel, specially catered to hotel guests and patrons. Kindly approach any of our staff and we will unlock the room for your use.

Where is the nearest Mosque from the Dialogue venue?

The nearest Mosque is located 0.9 km away from Grand Hyatt Singapore. We recommend travelling by bus or taxi.
